BUSINESS INCUBATOR

Building 3000

It is located on the first floor of Building 3000 and aims to create science and technology-based companies that can develop their activity through innovative ideas. It provides them with support services, both technical and economic.

 

Companies interested in joining the incubator will be assessed based on factors such as being newly created, having an innovative component, having high potential for job creation, involving a scientific and/or technological breakthrough, and being likely to generate patents and industrial properties.

Located in the western area of the PCTCAN, in Block 4-Plot 18.


It’s a building of around 5,000 m2 and has 6 floors of 750 m2 for use.

PARKING SPACE SALE

The PCTCAN underground parking is located in the West Zone and has two floors below ground level, basement -1 (S-1) and basement -2 (S-2).

The first level (S-1)

 Intended for rotation parking spaces, consisting of 308 parking spaces for normal vehicles, 123 parking spaces for large vehicles, 14 parking spaces for disabled persons, 9 parking spaces for normal-sized motorbikes, and 16 parking spaces for large motorbikes.

The second level (S-2)

The parking spaces are for sale and consist of 310 parking spaces for normal vehicles, 132 parking spaces for large vehicles, 16 parking spaces for disabled persons, 9 parking spaces for normal motorbikes, and 16 parking spaces for large motorbikes.  The new buildings to be installed in the PCTCAN must adhere to the established set of parking spaces. Therefore, we offer companies the option of selling or renting parking spaces, which can lead to considerable savings.  The car park is equipped with all the necessary facilities and has the most modern management systems. The entrance and exit to the car park are from Calle Isabel Torres through two two-way accesses.
